The complete and careful conching of Cocoa Camino couverture chocolate gives it the velvety texture and rich flavour needed to produce the perfect chocolate confection. Mousses, ganaches, truffles, crèmes, fillings, ice creams—let our chocolate inspire as you mix, dip, enrobe and mould decadent creations. Like all of our gourmet professional products, our organic couverture is GMO-free and contains no soy lecithin.
La Siembra is an Official Supplier of the Équipe culinaire (Culinary Team) Québec-Berlin 2008. Over the next year and a half, this team of professional Québécois chefs will be exclusively using Cocoa Camino chocolate products for their competitions, culminating in the International Culinary Olympiades in Berlin in 2008.
