Mélanie Broguet
Marketing CoordinatorMélanie organizes and coordinates La Siembra’s involvement in commercial trade shows and consumer fairs, as well as managing the co-op’s sponsorship program. She also oversees market research and supports the activities and projects of the Marketing Communications team. Mélanie is a worker-owner.
Shannon Devine
Industrial Sales & Quality Assurance ManagerShannon oversees sales of bulk products to everyone from small bakeries to large retail food producers. With a background in Nutritional Science, she also develops, implements and maintains La Siembra’s Quality Assurance Program, ensuring the quality and integrity of all our products from source to end consumer. Shannon is a worker-owner.
Barry Ésau
Chief Marketing DesignerWith more than 16 years of experience in marketing communications, Barry undertakes the artistic direction for and oversees the production of all marketing and educational materials, as well as product packaging. He also brings the marketing perspective to new product development and brand strategy. Barry is a worker-owner and sits on La Siembra’s Board of Directors.
Rew MacCrimmon
Production & Inventory ManagerRew manages the purchasing, import and manufacturing of all Camino products, as well as managing inventory, monitoring stock levels and liaising with carriers and the warehouse. He brings with him more than 10 years of experience doing similar work in the music industry.
Colin MacDougall
Business Analysis & Development ManagerColin is responsible for the ongoing development of La Siembra’s Management Information System and strategic business analysis. He also leads various business development initiatives for the co-op. He has been with the co-op since its early days, having worked in Finance and Sales before his current role. Colin is a worker-owner and sits on La Siembra’s Board of Directors.
Caitlin Peeling
Marketing Communications ManagerWith a background in sales, the social economy and fair trade movement building, Caitlin is responsible for the development and implementation of La Siembra’s marketing and communications strategies. She also maintains La Siembra’s relationships with Québec’s social economy networks. Caitlin is a worker-owner and sits on La Siembra’s Board of Directors.
Jason Sooch
Customer Service RepresentativeMotivated by human contact and a passion for helping people, Jason brings his energy and good humour to his role of Customer Service Representative. He also brings many years of experience in Human Resources as well as in teaching.

Linda Ullyett
Office ManagerAs office manager, Linda oversees the ebb and flow of La Siembra’s head office. She brings to the co-op 30 years of interpersonal and organizational skills she gained as the owner of two businesses and as a social worker. Linda is a worker-owner.
Henk van der Molen
Chief Operating OfficerAs Chief Operating Officer Henk is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of La Siembra Co-operative. He has a background in operations management, HR and change management. Henk is a worker-owner.
Gustavo Vides
BookkeeperAs La Siembra’s bookkeeper, Gustavo oversees financial records, receipts and invoices and provides general finance support. A co-operator at heart, Gustavo’s financial experience includes several years of involvement in the co-operative movement in El Salvador.
Jennifer Williams
Chief Executive OfficerWith a background in business development and microfinance, and work experience in Canada, West Africa and Latin America, Jennifer oversaw the Operations Department at La Siembra during its years of rapid growth. Since May of 2008 Jennifer has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer and finds her wing span encompassing everything from computer systems to financial statements, and brand strategy. With six years of experience with the co-operative Jennifer has an in-depth understanding of our business and uses this to create the vision for La Siembra’s future. Jennifer is a worker-owner.
